Combining strong and circular sequences of yogic asanas and martial arts transitions to cultivate a pure witness state ‘zen mind’. Budokon Yobility is a practice created by Budokon co-founder, Melayne Shayne, integrating Budokon Yoga and Mobility into one seamless expression of movement. This is ideal for yoga practitioners and movers of all levels and will expand your movement intelligence and creative embodiment. You will explore yourself in relation to time and space with all the possibilities your mat gives you.
